Submit to the OPEN CALL for a juried film selection that's part of the inaugural edition of the Southeast Queens Film Festival (April 15-17), an event that the York College CUNY Art History Program is running in Jamaica, Queens as part of the Social Practice CUNY (SPCUNY) initiative Jamaica Forum for Public Art Otherwise!
